These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and PurAlpha, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the PurAlpha mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us at legal@puralpha.io of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may only create one personal account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, restrictions, or verification requirements is prohibited and may result in permanent termination of all associated accounts.
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on the Service ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant PurAlpha, Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.
You agree not to post content that:
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is otherwise objectionable. We are not obligated to pre-screen content but may do so.
Users may submit brokerage statements or supporting documentation to receive a verified P&L badge on their profile. By submitting verification materials, you represent and warrant that all submitted documents are authentic, unaltered, and accurately reflect your trading results.
Submitting falsified, altered, or fabricated brokerage documents is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate and permanent account termination. We reserve the right to report suspected fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.
Submission of documentation does not guarantee verification. We reserve the right to approve or deny verification requests at our discretion, and to revoke verified status if we determine that previously submitted materials were inaccurate.

Nothing on the Service — including posts, comments, verified P&L data, AI-generated research, leaderboard rankings, or any other content — constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, cryptocurrency, or other financial instrument.
Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for all investors. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

The Service and its original content, features, functionality, design, trademarks, logos, and technology are owned by PurAlpha, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or trade dress without our prior written consent.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our Service. By using the Service, you agree to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, including but not limited to Apple (for push notifications and App Store distribution), Supabase (for data storage), and xAI Grok (for AI research features). Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PURALPHA, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PurAlpha, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
